The REAL DEAL is a youth relationship education initiative launched across the Little Rock School District in 2026. Funded by a five-year, $3.18 million grant from the U.S. Administration for Children and Families (ACF), the program serves 9th–12th graders in LRSD’s Alternative Learning Environment and the City of Little Rock’s Summer Youth Program. A collaboration among the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), LRSD, and the City of Little Rock, REAL DEAL provides evidence-based relationship and life-skills education. Learn more.
