
Dr. Stanley K. Ellis, Ed.D., M.S., CFD, CPP

Dr. Ellis was born and raised in the small town of Holly Grove, Arkansas. He resides in North Little Rock, Arkansas, with his wife, Dr. Jessica Ellis, and son Julien. Dr. Ellis has served in educational leadership capacities in the military, private industry, and Higher Education areas for over two decades. He currently serves as faculty in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at UAMS and is the Institute for Digital Health and Innovations Director of Education.

Candace Lewis, M.P.H
Program Manager
Candace is the Program Manager for the Public Schools Program (formerly STAR) at UAMS. She graduated from the UAMS Fay W. Boozman College of Public Health, receiving her master’s in Public Health. She is also an alumnus of Jackson State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration. She has worked in the healthcare sector in administration, education, and research for nearly a decade. Candace enjoys dancing, volunteering, and spending time with her family. Candace is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and resides in Alexander with her husband and son.
