Legal Aid for Low Income Arkansans
Kevin DeLiban, an attorney with Arkansas Legal Aid, presented a program to: (1) explain the ways poverty prevents people from achieving justice through the legal system in non-criminal matters; (2) identify free legal services available in the state; (3) describe strategic partnerships between Legal Aid and health providers who serve low-income Arkansans.
