Michelle Hernandez
Student Researcher
Michelle Hernandez is a second year pharmacy student in the College of Pharmacy at UAMS. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in biology and minor in chemistry. Her areas of interest include clinical Pharmacy and academia. As a student pharmacist, Michelle is involved in the American Pharmacist Association- Academy of Student Pharmacists, Student Society of Health System Pharmacy, and Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. She also serves as a student representative on the UAMS Assessment Committee and Scholastic Standing Committee for her class. She currently works as a student researcher for Dr. Nalin Payakachat and working on the Arkansas Medical Cannabis Study and Summary of Telehealth Definitions.
