Care and Resilience Education Workshop

Free 6 Session Caregiver Workshop
Are you a caregiver for an adult living with a brain injury and experiencing treatment resistant symptoms? Would you like to learn more about managing caregiver stress and navigating challenges?
CARE provides instruction on research-backed strategies to improve the life of the caregiver and patient. Strategies will focus on improving thinking skills, managing emotional distress, supporting recovery, and linking families to important resources. Sessions are designed to include opportunity to practice strategies and give participants practical tools for daily life.
This program consists of 6 virtual bi-weekly sessions, each lasting 2 hours. The first session is required, but you can choose which of the remaining sessions you’d like to attend. Participation is completely free.
