988 Suicide & Crisis LifelineThe Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States. Call or Text 988. Live chat is also available on the website.
Arkansas Brain Injury Support GroupsVisit our support group page to stay up to date on support groups offered in the state of Arkansas. Both in-person and virtual are available.
Arkansas’ Family Centered Treatment (FCT)Arkansas’ Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program is an evidence-based, intensive trauma treatment model of home-based family therapy. The goals for this program are to stabilize the family, prevent treatment in institutional settings and support youth who are transitioning back home after treatment in an institutional setting.
AR ConnectNowIf you are struggling with mental health issues like depression, anxiety and/or stress, contact the AR ConnectNow call center at 501-526-3563 or 800-482-9921. The call center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The AR ConnectNow virtual clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Arkansas Crisis Stabilization UnitsArkansas has Crisis Stabilization Units, which were created to be alternatives to jails and emergency rooms for people in crisis who encounter law enforcement. To stay up to date on current open units, please visit the website.
