The e-Link portal is a cloud-based digital health platform that enables providers, community hospitals, clinics, and their patients to conduct virtual visits through structured and secure workflows designed to meet the needs of both consumers and providers. The UAMS e-Link Portal is HIPAA-compliant, providing patients with access to virtual care from a PC or mobile device. UAMS e-Link customers are entitled to the privileges of UAMS e-Link Consortium Membership.

UAMS e-Link Portal Organization Types
Initial Organization (IO) $3,750.00
The first digital portal for a specific healthcare facility or provider. All IO branding will be consistent throughout the organization’s subsequent portals, unless otherwise specified. All features listed below are custom and carry down to all Standard Sub Organizations (SSOs) created under/after the Initial Organization (IO).

Branded Sub Organization (BSO) $500.00
A BSO offers the ability to make custom changes to the features below for sub-organizations created after the Initial Organization is established. A branded sub-organization is useful when a specific group or initiative requires independent marketing or needs to differentiate itself from the IO.

Standard Sub Org (SSO) No Charge
An SSO can be created by an end-user with appropriate permissions. All SSOs will carry down the custom features outlined in the IO or BSO before it.

Organization Admin: Fewer approval rights than managers have.
