ABILITY APPUsers can research accessibility at public spaces such as retail stores, restaurants, hotels, parks, theaters, and more, from any computer or mobile device.
ARKANSAS DISABILITY & HEALTH PROGRAMThe project was designed to help provide information on accessible recreational trails in Arkansas for individuals with mobility impairments who would like to participate in outdoor recreation.
ARKANSAS FREEDOM FUNDThe Arkansas Freedom Fund exists to serve and support activities that benefit veterans, active duty military, wounded warriors, and their families.
CHALLENGED ATHLETES FOUNDATIONHigh costs of adaptive sports equipment and lack of resources should not keep individuals with physical challenges from being active. The Challenged Athletes Foundation can help.
CROSSROADS ADAPTIVE ATHLETIC ALLIANCECrossroads Adaptive Athletic Alliance is an interactive, collaborative, searchable network and community that provides tips and best practices to adaptive athletes and their coaches.
DISABLED SPORTS USADisabled Sport USA’s mission is to provide national leadership and opportunities for individuals with disabilities to develop independence, confidence, and fitness through participation in community sports, recreation and educational programs.
GETTING BACK UPProvides qualified individuals with funding for participation in exercise-based recovery programs and the purchase of adaptable products. These programs and products have been proven to greatly improve the physical and emotional well-being of the injured individual.
THE GOHAWKEYE FOUNDATION The grant program is open to adaptive individuals and organizations in the United States and consists of outdoor sports equipment and sports experience grants. The grant cycle is biannual ending May 1 and November 1.
GRIT FREEDOM CHAIRDesigned by MIT engineers, the GRIT Freedom Chair is a mix between a manual wheelchair and a mountain bike. Thousands of riders around the world use their GRIT Freedom Chairs to live more active lives— hiking on mountain trails, navigating sandy beaches, or just spending quality time with their family.
HIGH FIVES FOUNDATIONAs a 501(c)3 non-profit organization since 2009, High Fives has helped countless injured athletes and Veterans get back to doing what they love. The Foundation aims to be the leader of education and recovery of life-altering injuries in outdoor action sports.
KELLY BRUSH FOUNDATIONTheir mission is to inspire and empower people with spinal cord injuries to lead active and engaged lives.
LOVEYOURBRAINThe LoveYourBrain Foundation is a non-profit organization that improves the quality of life of people affected by traumatic brain injury and raises awareness about the importance of brain health. They offer free yoga and meditation resources.
TRIUMPH FOUNDATIONTriumph Foundation’s mission is to help children, adults, and Veterans with spinal cord injury/disorder to triumph over their disability and to inspire them to keep moving forward with their lives by pushing themselves to get better every day.
