The e-Link portal is a cloud-based, digital health platform enabling providers, community hospitals, clinics, and their patients to conduct virtual visits through structured and secure workflows designed for consumer and provider needs. The UAMS e-Link Portal is HIPAA-compliant and gives patients access to virtual care from a PC or mobile device. UAMS e-Link customers are entitled to the privileges of UAMS e-Link Consortium Membership.

Initial Organization (IO) $3,750.00
The first digital portal that’s created for a given health care facility or provider. All IO branding will flow throughout the organization’s subsequent portals unless otherwise requested. All features listed below are custom and carry down to all Standard Sub Organizations (SSOs) created under/after the Initial Organization (IO).

Branded Sub Organization (BSO) $500.00

Standard Sub Org (SSO) No Charge
An SSO can be created by an end-user with appropriate permissions. All SSOs will carry down the custom features outlined in the IO or BSO before it.
