Wanda has been an IDHI Call Center employee for the last 8 years and focuses on improving patient care within the Call Center. She’s been a registered nurse for 18 years with an OB specialty background and holds a BSN – Prepared Nurse Degree. Wanda directs and maintains the Call Center through collaborative efforts with UAMS staff and IDHI leadership. For her efforts, she was elected Lean Leader by hospital administration for a project on improving outside hospital transfers.
