Summary of Project
The Rural Telehealth Evaluation Center (RTEC) will evaluate the performance of the Telehealth Broadband Pilot Program (TBP). Findings from this systematic program evaluation will assist policy decision makers in understanding the value of the investment of telehealth and broadband services to improve healthcare access and enhance health care quality for rural populations.
