How Does the Device Benefit Work?
If you sign up for the program, you can get a discount of up to $100 to buy a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet. You have to pay between $10.01 to $49.99 for the device to get it. This discount is in addition to the monthly discount. You can only get one device discount per household.
Some companies do not offer discounts for devices.
Why Do I Need to Re-Certify by Benefit?
The Affordable Connectivity Program will check every year to make sure you still qualify. If the program can’t confirm you qualify, they’ll send you a letter in the mail.
