Grishma is a first year PhD student in the Pharmaceutical Evaluation and Policy (PEP) program at UAMS. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Previously, she has worked as a Research Assistant at UAMS studying mechanisms involved in kidney injury during transplantation, effects of cannabidiol on kidney health, and cardiac aging. Grishma’s area of interest includes evaluating health outcomes from pharmaceutical use or health policies. For RTEC, Grishma will be working with Dr. Corey Hayes on the Broadband Project.
